Can I use FolioGP without paying?
Yes. You can create and edit your portfolio, record reflections and CPD, add evidence and plan your development for free. Payment is required for completion, printable reports and appraiser sharing.
Does my appraiser need a paid account?
No. Your appraiser signs in using the email address you assigned to the review. They can access your submitted snapshot and supporting files while your paid annual access is active.
What happens when a paid year ends?
You can continue drafting and export your records as JSON. Completion, printable reports and appraiser access require another paid year. Later years cost £25 and are renewed manually.
Can I see the portfolio before registering?
Yes. The interactive demo uses fictional information and is open without an account.
